Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

The final price at checkout generally includes estimated customs duties and taxes. However, please be aware that additional local charges (such as administrative fees, storage fees, or specific carrier handling fees) may be imposed depending on your country's customs policies and regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases: - You can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days of receiving your contract details.
If the delivery is delayed after you have received your contract details, you can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days upon receipt of your order or after the start of the shipping date.
 - You may exchange or return your order within three (3) months following delivery or within thirty (30) days of becoming aware that the goods and services were delivered in specifications that are different from how they were advertised or promised. 


You are not eligible for exchange or return in the following cases: - If the goods have been damaged or destroyed due to causes attributable to you (However, you are eligible to cancel your order if you had opened the packaging to examine the contents.)
 - If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly due to partial or heavy use
 - If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly because a long period of time has elapsed, making it difficult to resell the goods 
 - If the packaging has been damaged for goods that can be reproduced as identical counterfeits 
 - If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.
 - If the provision of digital content has already commenced. (However, this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content.)
※ You bear the cost of returning your order in the case of an exchange or return whereby the reason for exchange or return is based on your preferences (including exchange for a different color or size, etc.) rather than damage or if the product not matching its description. 

Shipping Rates for Bulky Items

Please note that even if a product is light, if it occupies a large space, the shipping fee will be applied based on its volume. This follows the standard international rate calculation method (Volumetric Weight).

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are only possible before the item is shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

What happens if my package is returned to the sender?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient's refusal to pay customs duties, the customer may be responsible for the original and return shipping costs.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product for assistance.

Battery Purchase Policy

Please note that only one additional battery can be purchased per unit. To request an extra battery, please send us an email for further assistance.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

We offer special discounted pricing for customers purchasing more than one item or ordering in large quantities. Please be sure to contact us via email to receive your exclusive offer.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations or changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible via email for any requests.

Why is my order status not updating?

It may take 1-2 business days for the status to update after the order is processed. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

What safety precautions should I take regarding the propellers?

Propellers rotate at high speeds and can cause serious injury. Always keep your hands, hair, and loose clothing away from the propellers. Ensure the drone is powered off before attempting to touch or replace them.

What should I check before my first flight?

Always perform a pre-flight check: ensure the battery is fully charged, propellers are securely fastened, and you are in an open area away from people, trees, and power lines.

Can I fly the drone indoors?

While indoor flight is possible, it is highly recommended for experienced pilots only. Always use propeller guards if flying indoors to prevent injury or damage to property.

How should I safely store and charge the batteries?

Use only the provided charger. Never leave batteries charging unattended and store them in a cool, dry place away from flammable materials.
