The SINGAPORE REGIONAL DRONE SOCCER CHAMPIONSHIP 2025 was a premier international event bringing together six nations for two days of intense matches, cultural exchange, and hands-on STEM learning opportunities through the sport of Drone Soccer. As the official sponsor of the entire championship, HELSEL played a pivotal role in making the event possible—supporting the organizers, promoting the sport globally, and ensuring both professional and beginner-level competitions ran smoothly.

The Korean national representatives, RCIN and Alpha Sky, competed alongside top teams from across Asia, demonstrating exceptional skill and sportsmanship.
FAI F9A-B-CLASS: High-Speed, Professional Drone Soccer
Using 20cm (+/–2cm) brushless motor drones, the F9A-B-CLASS delivers high-speed, precision gameplay—similar to racing drones in intensity. The Korean teams used HELSEL TIKE models.
FAI F9A-C-CLASS: Beginner-Friendly, Education-Oriented Competition
Also at 20cm (+/–2cm) but with brushed motors, the F9A-C-CLASS is designed for accessibility and education. It is ideal for students and first-time pilots to learn drone control and teamwork. The Korean teams flew HELSEL BALKIN models.
Match format: 3 minutes per set. Qualifiers were single-round; finals were best-of-three—allowing both elite competitors and newcomers to shine.
Day 1: Korean Teams Dominate F9A-B-CLASS
Both RCIN and Alpha Sky went undefeated in the qualifiers and met in an all-Korean final. After a thrilling battle, RCIN claimed the title and Alpha Sky took second place. HELSEL CEO Mr. Chang Seoung-ki personally awarded medals, trophies, and prize money, further highlighting HELSEL’s commitment to the sport.
Day 2: RCIN’s Victory in F9A-C-CLASS
Alpha Sky, after two losses in the qualifiers, faced RCIN in the quarterfinals and was eliminated. RCIN went on to win the F9A-C-CLASS tournament undefeated, securing back-to-back championships across both categories.
